Chocolate & Banana Cupcakes

Banana and chocolate muffins made with rapeseed oil

These delicious muffins are so moist because they are made with our extra virgin british rapeseed oil.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180C.

  2. Measure out the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs milk and oil and put into a large mixing bowl and stir together until you have a smooth batter.

  3. Add in 50g of the chocolate chips and stir through.

  4. In a smaller bowl use a fork to mash your banana, then add into your batter and stir in.

  5. Put 12 bun cases into a bun tray and spoon in the mixture so all the cases are 3/4 full. Then sprinkle over the last 20g of chocolate chips.

  6. Place the buns in the oven and bake for 15-20 mins until cooked through. Once removed from the oven allow to cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
