Homemade Chilli, Oregano & Garlic Crisps

Impress your friends and family with some homemade potato crisps. Despite what you might think, they are super simple to make and can be baked in the oven.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 130C / Fan 110C / Gas Mark 1.

  2. Slice the potatoes into very thin slices using a mandolin or sharp knife. 

  3. Lay out the slices of potato on kitchen roll and press to remove the moisture. Leave to air dry for 10 minutes or so, making sure not to leave them too long as they will start to brown. 

  4. Next, lay the slices in on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Take the littleseed Pizza Drizzle Oil and drizzle over and rub into both sides of the slices of potatoes, and sprinkle over a pinch of salt. Lay the potatoes in a single layer and bake in the oven for around 40 minutes until slightly golden and crisp. 

  5. Once cooked toss onto kitchen roll to take off the excess oil, leave to cool then enjoy!
