Roasted Feta and Tomato Pasta
We love this recipe because it’s just so easy. Just throw all the ingredients for the sauce in a roasting tin, let the oven do its magic, cook the pasta and voila! A delicious dinner with barely any effort.

Ingredients
200g block of feta
500g cherry tomatoes
300g pasta, pick your favourite
Sea salt
Method
Pre heat oven to 200°C (180ºC fan).
Place a block of feta in the middle of a baking tray.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them around the feta on the baking tray.
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Drizzle with the Littleseed Garlic & Herb Rapeseed Oil.
Place tray in the oven for 30 mins or until the top of the feta is golden.
Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil, and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and save 120ml of pasta water.
Add the pasta and saved pasta water to the baking tray with the feta and tomatoes, mix until it is all combined.
Drizzle with a touch more Littleseed Garlic & Herb Oil.
