Spicy Prawn & Tomato pasta
This pasta dish is so easy to make and our Pizza Drizzle Oil gives it a spicy little kick.
Serves 4
Ingredients
200g cooked king prawns
250g cherry tomatoes
2 or 3 spring onions finely sliced
500g dried pasta
2 tbsps littleseed Chilli, Oregano and Garlic Pizza Drizzle Oil
100ml half fat crème fraiche
Sea salt & pepper
Handful of basil leaves, chopped
Method
1. Put the cherry tomatoes, spring onion and the pizza drizzle oil in a heavy-based pan and cook over a medium heat until softened.
2. Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling salted water with the Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil and cook until al dente.
3. Meanwhile add the prawns to the sauce and stir in the crème fraiche and chopped basil. Warm through gently for a couple of minutes.
4. Drain the pasta and mix through the sauce. Divide between warm plates and serve with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
