I received my order but it’s damaged. What should I do?
The team at littleseed always do their very best to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any of your items appear to be damaged on arrival, please do get in touch directly with us. We'll need the full detail of how the parcel arrived and what item(s) needs replacing. It would also be most helpful if you could also email any images of the damaged items to jo@littleseed.co.uk
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to food safety we do not accept returns. We can only offer a refund of the items are damaged or faulty. Should you require a refund please supply us with full details of any problems including photographic evidence and we will do our very best to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
I’ve received an incorrect item or there are items missing from my order
Please do get in touch directly with our dispatch team by emailing jo@littleseed.co.uk and they will organize any replacement items as soon as possible.
