Best Ever Chips
Oven chips don’t have to come from a bag in the freezer. You can make delicious homemade chips in the oven at home. No chip pan or air fryer required, just a baking tray, spuds and a bottle of Extra Virgin British rapeseed oil.

Ingredients
4 large potatoes
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to season
Method
Pre heat oven to 200C.
Peel and chop the potatoes into batons.
Bring a pan of water to the boil, add in the cider vinegar.
Boil the potatoes in the pan of water and vinegar for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile add 3 tbsps of littleseed extra virgin British rapeseed oil to an oven tray and heat up in the oven.
Once the potatoes are boiled add them to the oven tray and roast until golden and crisp (around 30mins). Enjoy!
