Homemade Garlic & Herb Pesto Pasta
Our Garlic & Herb oil makes preparing fresh pesto even quicker and easier.
Serves 4
Ingredients
250g dried pasta shapes
Juice of half a Lemon
50g grated parmesan cheese, plus a little extra to serve
Pinch of salt & pepper
30g fresh basil
50ml littleseed Garlic & Herb Oil
Method
Cook pasta as per pack instructions, drain (saving two tablespoons of the pasta water) and add to a bowl.
Add the lemon juice, parmesan, salt & pepper, basil and oil to a blender or jug to blend with a hand blender. Blend until it’s a smooth consistency, adding the pasta water bit by bit to loosen up, if needed.
Stir the pesto through the pasta, sprinkle a little extra parmesan on top and enjoy!

Recipe Notes
If you have leftover pesto sauce, try freezing it in ice cube trays. When you want to use it, just pop a portion out of the tray to defrost.
