BBQ Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
4 corn on the cob
2 tbsp littleseed Pizza Drizzle Oil
Pinch of salt & pepper
Method
Boil the corn on the cob for around 5 mins.
Once part-cooked, drain and allow to air dry for a couple of mins.
Coat the cobs with 2 tbsp of littleseed Pizza Drizzle Oil, sprinkle with a pinch of salt & pepper, and rub in the oil to ensure they are fully coated.
Pop the cobs on the BBQ for 10mins turning every couple of mins.
