Halloumi & Veggie Skewers on the BBQ
A delicious veggie option for your next BBQ. Chargrilled veggies and crispy halloumi are a delicious combination. Enjoy with a fresh salad and a homemade flatbread.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 pepper
1 red onion
1 medium sized courgette
1 large salad tomato
225g block of Halloumi
Method
Chop all the veggies and halloumi up into bite-sized chunks, place onto your skewers, rotating ingredients so each skewer has a mixture of all veggies and halloumi.
Drizzle all the skewers with littleseed Pizza Drizzle Oil, and brush to ensure they are coated fully.
Pop the skewers on the BBQ for around 10 mins or until the veggies and halloumi are looking browned,
Turn halfway through. This will give a lovely charred smoky taste.
