Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate cookies are so easy to make and great for making with kids. Extra Virgin rapeseed oil is used instead of butter which makes mixing the dough absolutely effortless.
Ingredients
150g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
100g caster sugar
1 free range egg
20g ground almonds
20g soft brown sugar
2 heaped tsp cocoa powder
30g chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix the dry ingredients, add in the wet ingredients and bring together to form a dough. Shape the dough into balls, arrange the balls across two lined baking trays and push each one down a little with a fork.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a rack
