Best Ever Roast Potatoes
Extra Virgin rapeseed oil is perfect for making golden and crispy roast potatoes with. It has a high burn point which means it can reach higher temperatures safely than other cooking oils which is the key to gettting that crispy coating.

Ingredients
2kg of potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
Salt & pepper
Method
Pre-heat your oven to 200C / Gas mark 6.
Bring a pan of water to the boil. Meanwhile, peel and chop your spuds into large chunks.
Add the spuds to the water with a pinch of salt and boil for 10 mins or until soft (not so soft that they are falling apart though!).
Drizzle some littleseed Rapeseed Oil into an oven tray, crush the cloves of garlic, add to the tray, along with a couple of sprigs of rosemary and pop the tray in the oven to heat up.
Once the potatoes have boiled, drain them thoroughly, then add to the tray with the heated oil.
Drizzle with a little more littleseed Rapeseed Oil, add a sprinkling of salt and pepper, and mix up the potatoes so they are fully coated in rapeseed oil.
Put the tray back in the oven for around 40mins, or until the roast potatoes are golden and crispy. During the roasting, turn the potatoes once or twice. Enjoy!
