Sticky BBQ Marinade

This sweet, sticky and spicy BBQ sauce is a really easy and delicious marinade for chicken wings or thighs, veggie kebabs, cauliflower steaks or even a whole spatchcocked chicken.

Just combine a few store cupboard ingredients including littleseed Spicy Stir Fry rapeseed oil and you have a great multi-purpose marinade.

Ingredients for Spicy and Sticky BBQ Marinade

  • 2 tbsp runny honey

  • Zest and juice of one lemon

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 4 shots (200ml) littleseed Stir Fry Oil

  • 200ml ketchup

Method

To make the BBQ marinade simply add all marinade ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
