Cold pressing refers to the process getting the oil from the fruit or seed. To make littleseed we simply squeeze and press the seeds to get the rapeseed oil out. This makes sure we keep hold of the majority of the minerals, vitamins, enzymes and trace elements that make our oil naturally good.
